Aiding, assisting or abetting the solicitation of persons or the procurement of a retainer for or on behalf of an attorney

§ 481. Aiding, assisting or abetting the solicitation of persons or\nthe procurement of a retainer for or on behalf of an attorney. It shall\nbe unlawful for any person in the employ of or in any capacity attached\nto any hospital, sanitarium, police department, prison or court, or for\na person authorized to furnish bail bonds, to communicate directly or\nindirectly with any attorney or person acting on his behalf for the\npurpose of aiding, assisting or abetting such attorney in the\nsolicitation of legal business or the procurement through solicitation\nof a retainer, written or oral, or any agreement authorizing the\nattorney to perform or render legal services.\n
