Powers and salary of court officers appointed in Erie county

§ 352. Powers and salary of court officers appointed in Erie county.\nThe officers appointed pursuant to sections one hundred seventy-three\nand two hundred two of this chapter to attend upon the courts of Erie\ncounty shall possess all the powers of officers designated by sheriffs\nto attend upon such courts. They shall each receive such salary as shall\nbe fixed by the justices of the supreme court residing in Erie county,\nor a majority of them, to be paid in equal semi-monthly payments by the\ntreasurer of the county of Erie.\n
