§ 323. Evidence of appointment and filing same; stenographer's oath.\nEvery appointment made pursuant to this article shall be in writing\nunder the hand of the official who makes the same, and shall be filed in\nthe clerk's office of the county in which such appointment is made.\nEvery appointee, before he enters upon the duties of his office, shall\ntake and subscribe the constitutional oath of office, and shall make\noath before the county clerk that he will keep secret all matters and\nthings occurring before such grand juries.\n
