Preservation of original notes for two years when not filed with clerk

§ 297. Preservation of original notes for two years when not filed\nwith clerk. Unless the original stenographic notes taken upon a trial or\nhearing, are filed, pursuant to an order, made as prescribed in section\nthirteen of this chapter, they must be carefully preserved by the\nstenographer, for two years after the trial or hearing; or for such\ngreater period of time and in such manner as may be provided by the\nchief administrator of the courts.\n
