Clerk's fees upon naturalization

§ 253. Clerk's fees upon naturalization. The clerk of any court, which\nhas jurisdiction to naturalize a noncitizen, is entitled, for the\nservices specified in this section, to the following fees:\n  For all services, upon the filing of a declaration of intention by a\nnoncitizen to become a citizen, including the oath or affirmation, the\nrecording of the same, and a certificate thereof delivered to the\nnoncitizen, twenty cents.\n  For all services, upon the admission of the noncitizen to be a\ncitizen, including the recording of the papers, and a certified copy of\nthe record, which must be delivered to any person requiring it, fifty\ncents.\n
