Power of county judge of Nassau county to appoint court officers

§ 204. Power of county judge of Nassau county to appoint court\nofficers.  The county judge of the county of Nassau may appoint and at\npleasure remove all clerks, attendants, messengers and court officers in\nthe county court in said county, who shall perform such duties in\nrespect to said court as the said county judge may prescribe. Such\nclerks, attendants, messengers and court officers shall receive such\nsalaries as shall be fixed from time to time by the board of supervisors\nof Nassau county, to be paid by the treasurer of said county in equal\nmonthly installments.\n
