Power of county judges of certain counties to appoint criers for courts of record

§ 200. Power of county judges of certain counties to appoint criers\nfor courts of record.  The county judge of each county, except Kings and\nErie, from time to time, may appoint and at pleasure remove, a crier for\nthe courts of record held in his county, other than the appellate\ndivisions of the supreme court.\n
