Grounds for dissolution of domestic insurer

§ 7416. Grounds for dissolution of domestic insurer. The\nsuperintendent may apply under this article for an order dissolving the\ncorporate existence of a domestic insurer: (i) upon his application for\nan order of liquidation of its business, or at any time after such order\nhas been granted; or (ii) upon the grounds specified in subsection (m)\nof section seven thousand four hundred two of this article, regardless\nof whether an order of liquidation is sought or has been obtained.\n
