§ 6708. Rules and regulations. The superintendent shall promulgate\nsuch rules and regulations as may be necessary for the implementation of\nthis article. Such regulation may be necessary in light of the nonprofit\nproperty/casualty insurance company being owned by nonprofit\norganizations that it insures, including the proprietary nature of the\ninformation relating to the nonprofit property/casualty insurance\ncompany's operations.\n
