§ 346. Annual report on insurance for multi-family buildings. An\nauthorized insurer that issues or delivers in this state a policy that\ninsures loss of or damage to real property used predominantly for\nresidential purposes and that consists of two or more dwelling units,\nother than hotels and motels, shall file a report with the\nsuperintendent by March first of each year, in a form prescribed by the\nsuperintendent, that includes information on such policies for the\npreceding calendar year, including premiums collected, claims paid, and\nsuch other information as the superintendent shall deem necessary, in\nconsultation with the commissioner of housing and community renewal. The\nsuperintendent shall publish on the department's website the reports\nrequired by this section.\n
