* § 3451. Regulations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this\narticle or article twenty-three of this chapter, and subject to the\nsuperintendent's approval of the rates and forms in accordance with such\narticle, the superintendent may promulgate regulations authorizing an\ninsurer licensed to write workers' compensation and employers' liability\ninsurance, as defined in paragraph fifteen of subsection (a) of section\none thousand one hundred thirteen of this chapter, to provide coverage\nas afforded under article six-G of the executive law in a manner to\neffectuate the intent and purposes of such article.\n  * NB There are 2 § 3451's\n
