§ 322. Prohibited referral payment to licensees by motor vehicle\nrepairers. No licensed insurance agent, licensed insurance broker,\nlicensed adjuster, authorized insurer or representative of such insurer\nshall directly or indirectly request, procure or accept any payment from\na motor vehicle repairer for referring any motor vehicle repair business\nto such repairer.\n
