§ 312. Report on examination to be forwarded. (a) The superintendent\nshall forward to every insurer or other person examined a copy of the\nreport on examination as filed for public inspection, together with any\nrecommendations or statements relating thereto which he may deem proper.\n  (b)  A copy of the report shall be furnished by such insurer or other\nperson to each member of its board of directors and each such member\nshall sign a statement which shall be retained in the insurer's files\nconfirming that such member has received and read such report.  The\nsuperintendent may require that a copy of the report shall also be\nfurnished by such insurer to the supervising insurance official of each\nstate in the United States in which such insurer is authorized to do an\ninsurance business.\n
