Simplified comprehensive policies of insurance

§ 3101. Simplified comprehensive policies of insurance. Simplified\npolicies of insurance providing broad coverage of all or various\ncombinations of risks may be approved by the superintendent and issued\nby insurers notwithstanding any provision of this chapter, and\nnotwithstanding those provisions of any other law which specify the\ncontent of insurance policies, provided that such policies shall be\nsubject to regulations promulgated by the superintendent specifying the\nstandards which must be met by insurers for issuing such policies and\nassuring to policyholders and claimants protections not less favorable\nthan they would be entitled to under a substantially similar policy\nwhich is not subject to this section.\n
