§ 2409. Effect on other powers and laws. (a) The powers vested in the\nsuperintendent by this article shall be additional to any other powers\nto enforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by law with\nrespect to the methods, acts and practices defined in section two\nthousand four hundred two of this article as defined violations or\ndetermined violations.\n  (b) No order of the superintendent under this article or order of a\ncourt to enforce the same shall in any way relieve any person affected\nby the order from any liability under any other law.\n
