§ 2310. Informational filings. * (a) Every insurer and rate service\norganization shall furnish to the superintendent, on or before the date\nof their use, all changes in the rating rules and schedules of rates\nwhich are not subject to prior approval pursuant to subsection (b) of\nsection two thousand three hundred five of this article and the\nstatistical, rating and other information in support of changes in such\nrating classifications and territories. Such rules, schedules and\ninformation shall be available for public inspection at the department.\n * NB Expires July 1, 2026\n (b) The rates for inland marine risks which by general custom of the\nbusiness are not written according to manual rates or rating plans shall\nnot be filed pursuant to subsection (a) hereof, unless the\nsuperintendent directs that they be filed.\n (c) Specific inland marine rates on risks specially rated, made by a\nrate service organization, shall be filed pursuant to subsection (a)\nhereof.\n
