Leases and rights of way

§ 78. Leases and rights of way.  1. The Seneca nation of Indians,\nacting by and through the Seneca council, is authorized to lease, or\ngrant rights of way over, tribal lands, including the tribal interest in\nlands possessed by individual Indians, within the Allegany, Cattaraugus\nand Oil Springs reservations for any purpose for such term and on such\nconditions as the Seneca council may determine.\n  2. Individual members of the Seneca nation of Indians are authorized\nto join in any such leases or rights of way executed or granted by the\nSeneca council with respect to whatever interest they may possess in the\nlands involved.\n
