§ 19. Fire Protection Contracts. Notwithstanding any other provisions\nof law, the Seneca Nation of Indians and any city, town, village, fire\ndistrict or incorporated fire company may enter into a contract or\ncontracts whereby such city, town, village, fire district or\nincorporated fire company for a stated consideration, agrees to provide\nfire protection upon all or any part of the lands of the Seneca Nation\nof Indians.\n
