§ 353. Laws repealed. Chapter thirty of the laws of nineteen hundred\nand nine entitled "An act relating to highways, constituting chapter\ntwenty-five of the consolidated laws," and all acts amendatory thereof\nand supplemental thereto, constituting the highway law as heretofore in\nforce, are hereby repealed, except as otherwise provided herein.\n
