§ 345-c. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Assemblyman Pat M. Casale Memorial Highway". All that portion of the\nstate highway system constituting state route forty beginning at the\nintersection of state route forty and Carvers Lane, continuing in a\ngenerally northerly direction, and terminating at the intersection of\nstate route forty and Warren Lane in the town of Schaghticoke, county of\nRensselaer, shall be designated and known as the "Assemblyman Pat M.\nCasale Memorial Highway".\n
