§ 342-w. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as\n"Phelps Way". All that portion of the state highway system beginning at\nthe intersection of route 448 continuing on route 117 to the Phelps\nMemorial Hospital and terminating at said hospital shall be designated\nand known as "Phelps Way".\n
