§ 342-h. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the "Past\nV.F.W. Commander Alfred Bleich Highway". All that portion of the state\nhighway system beginning at the intersection of route twenty-eight and\nroute seven in the hamlet of Colliersville, county of Otsego, travelling\nnorth on route twenty-eight, and terminating at the intersection of\nroute twenty-eight and U.S. route twenty in the village of Richfield\nSprings, county of Otsego, shall be designated and known as the "Past\nV.F.W. Commander Alfred Bleich Highway".\n
