§ 342-eee. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Sidney Veterans' Memorial Highway". That portion of state highway route\neight, between the southern end of the bridge over the Susquehanna River\nand interstate eighty-eight, which lies in the village of Sidney, county\nof Delaware, shall be designated and known as the "Sidney Veterans'\nMemorial Highway".\n
