§ 1-203. Provisions excluding application of certain sections to\nmatters previous to dates of their original enactment. 1. Section 1-202\napplies to all obligations arising on or after September first, nineteen\nhundred seventy-four.\n  2. Section 3-101 applies to contracts made on or after April\nthirteenth, nineteen hundred forty-one.\n  3. Section 3-107 applies to contracts made on or after September\nfirst, nineteen hundred sixty-one.\n  5. Section 3-311 does not affect any interest or right of survivorship\nexisting prior to April twentieth, nineteen hundred fifty-nine.\n  7. Subdivision two of section 3-313 does not affect any right, cause\nof action or defense existing prior to September first, nineteen hundred\nthirty-seven.\n  9. Section 5-301 applies to undertakings or promises made on or after\nJanuary twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred thirty-five.\n  11. Section 5-903 applies to contracts executed or renewed after\nOctober first, nineteen hundred sixty-one.\n  13. Section 5-1103 applies to agreements made on or after April sixth,\nnineteen hundred thirty-six; sections 5-1105, 5-1107 and 5-1109 apply to\nassignments, promises or offers made on or after September first,\nnineteen hundred forty-one.\n  15. Section 5-1115 applies to deeds or conveyances delivered on or\nafter September first, nineteen hundred forty-four.\n  17. Section 5-1311 applies to contracts made after May twenty-sixth,\nnineteen hundred thirty-six.\n  19. Section 9-101 applies to injuries sustained after September first,\nnineteen hundred forty-six.\n  21. Section 13-107 applies to transfers made after September first,\nnineteen hundred fifty.\n  23. Title 1 of Article 15 applies to obligations arising on or after\nApril sixth, nineteen hundred twenty-eight.\n  25. a. Subdivision one of section 15-301 applies to agreements or\ninstruments executed on or after September first, nineteen hundred\nforty-one.\n  b. Subdivisions two, three and four of section 15-301 apply to\nagreements or instruments executed on or after September first, nineteen\nhundred fifty-two.\n  c. Subdivision five of section 15-301 applies to agreements, evidences\nof termination, notices of termination or waivers with respect to\nagreements or other instruments executed on or after April fifth,\nnineteen hundred forty-four.\n  27. Section 15-303 applies to written instruments executed on or after\nApril third, nineteen hundred thirty-six.\n  29. Section 15-501 applies to executory accords made on or after March\neighteenth, nineteen hundred thirty-seven.\n  31. Subdivision one of section 15-503 applies to offers made on or\nafter March eighteenth, nineteen hundred thirty-seven.\n  33. Section 17-103 applies to promises made on or after September\nfirst, nineteen hundred sixty-one.\n  35. Section 17-105 applies to waivers, promises, agreements, recitals\nand acknowledgments made on or after September first, nineteen hundred\nsixty-one.\n  37. Section 17-107 applies to payments made on or after September\nfirst, nineteen hundred sixty-one.\n
