Audit of claims under certain contracts for administering medical assistance

§ 92-b. Audit of claims under certain contracts for administering\nmedical assistance. Notwithstanding the provisions of section three\nhundred sixty-nine of the county law or any other law, general, special\nor local, relating to the audit and payment of claims for the payment of\nmoney by a municipal corporation, a contract made pursuant to paragraph\nd of subdivision one of section three hundred sixty-five of the social\nservices law, between a municipal corporation constituting a public\nwelfare district and a non-profit membership corporation organized under\narticle forty-three of the insurance law or with any insurance company\nauthorized to do business in this state, for the administration of all\nor any part of the medical assistance required to be furnished pursuant\nto title eleven of article five of the social services law, may, in\naddition to its other provisions, authorize such membership corporation\nor insurance company to audit and make payment with respect to claims\nfor such medical assistance.\n
