* § 654. Huntington community development agency. A community\ndevelopment agency, to be known as the Huntington community development\nagency, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of\nthe purposes specified in articles fifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter\nand in accordance with article eighteen of the constitution of the state\nof New York. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, be\nperpetual in duration and consist of five members, including the\nsupervisor, who shall be its chair, and the four town council members,\nor their respective successors in office. It shall have the powers and\nduties now or hereafter conferred by article fifteen-A of this chapter\nupon municipal renewal agencies. It shall be organized in the manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of article fifteen-A of\nthis chapter and the agency, its members, officers and employees and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of such article.\n  * NB There are 2 § 654's\n
