§ 570. Syracuse urban renewal agency. An urban renewal agency, to be\nknown as the Syracuse urban renewal agency, is hereby established for\nthe accomplishment of any or all of the purposes specified in articles\nfifteen and fifteen-A of this chapter and in accordance with article\neighteen of the constitution of the state of New York. It shall\nconstitute a body corporate and politic, be perpetual in duration and\nconsist of three members consisting of the mayor, the president of the\ncommon council and the commissioner of finance of the city of Syracuse\nand its secretary shall be the commissioner of urban improvement of such\ncity. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred by\narticle fifteen-A of this chapter upon municipal renewal agencies. It\nshall be organized in the manner prescribed by and be subject to the\nprovisions of article fifteen-A of this chapter and the agency, its\nmembers, officers and employees and its operations and activities shall\nin all respects be governed by the provisions of such article.\n
