§ 133. Visitation and inspection. Members of the board of managers\nshall be admitted to every part of the hospital and premises, and shall\nhave access to all books, papers, accounts and records pertaining to the\nhospital and shall be furnished with copies, abstracts and reports\nwhenever required by them. All hospitals established or maintained under\nthe provisions of sections one hundred and twenty-six, one hundred and\ntwenty-seven, one hundred and twenty-eight, one hundred and twenty-nine,\none hundred and thirty, one hundred and thirty-one, one hundred and\nthirty-two, one hundred and thirty-three and one hundred and thirty-four\nof this act shall be subject to inspection by any duly authorized\nrepresentative of the state board of charities, of the state department\nof health, of the state charities aid association, and of the governing\nboard of the county, town, city or village by which the hospital is\nmaintained; and the resident officer in charge shall admit such\nrepresentatives into every part of the hospital and premises, and give\nthem access on demand to all records, reports, books, papers and\naccounts pertaining to the hospital.\n
