§ 915. Global positioning systems. A peer-to-peer car sharing program\nadministrator shall not use information from any global positioning\nsystem technology to determine or impose any costs, fees, charges, or\npenalties on a shared vehicle driver for such driver's use of a shared\nvehicle. The use of global positioning technology shall not limit the\nright of such peer-to-peer car sharing program administrator to impose\ncosts, fees, charges, or penalties to recover a vehicle that is lost,\nmisplaced, or stolen. The provisions of this subdivision shall not be\nconstrued to modify or supersede any other provision of law.\n
