§ 911. Discrimination on the basis of credit card ownership\nprohibited. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, partnership,\ninstitution, sole proprietorship, corporation or other entity engaged in\nthe business of peer-to-peer car sharing to refuse to make a shared\nvehicle available to any person solely on the requirement of ownership\nof a credit card.\n 2. For the purposes of this section, "credit card" shall mean any\ncredit card, credit plate, charge plate or other identification card or\ndevice which is issued by a person to another person as the holder\nthereof, and may be used by such holder to obtain a cash advance, loan,\nor credit, or to purchase or rent property or services on the credit of\nthe person issuing the credit card or the holder.\n 3. A knowing violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine\nnot to exceed one thousand dollars.\n
