Receipts for personal property being repaired, rebuilt or reconditioned

§ 597. Receipts for personal property being repaired, rebuilt or\nreconditioned. An owner, employee or person in charge of a personal\nservice business including but not limited to laundries, dry cleaners,\nshoemakers, radio and television repair shops, electrical appliance\nrepair dealers, and other appliance repair dealers must issue upon the\ndemand of the customer an itemized receipt for all articles left in his\ncustody or possession.\n  This section shall only apply in cases where such articles are\ndelivered by the customer to the place of business of such personal\nservice business.\n
