Disclosures to governmental agencies

§ 380-r. Disclosures to governmental agencies. Notwithstanding the\nprovisions of section three hundred eighty-b of this article, a consumer\nreporting agency may furnish identifying information respecting any\nconsumer, limited to his name, address, former addresses, places of\nemployment, or former places of employment to a governmental agency.\n
