§ 229-h. Marking watch cases coin or coin silver. Any person, firm,\ncorporation or association who makes or sells, or offers to sell or\ndispose of, or has in his or its possession with intent to sell or\ndispose of, any article of merchandise comprised of works or movements\npartially concealing said works or movements marked, stamped or branded\nwith the words "coin" or "coin silver," unless said case or covering\nshall contain not less than nine hundred one-thousandths parts of pure\nsilver, is guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
