Availability of information; emergency response plan

§ 224. Availability of information; emergency response plan. 1. An\nowner and/or operator shall develop, implement, and follow an in-house\ninjury reporting and emergency response plan for injuries to employees\nand participants.\n  2. The owner and/or operator shall retain any records for a period of\nat least two years related to the injury reporting system and emergency\nresponse plan described in subdivision one of this section.\n  3. The owner and/or operator shall make available to the department of\nhealth or the local health department, upon request:\n  (a) the information contained in the injury reporting system described\nin subdivision one of this section; and\n  (b) the records described in subdivision two of this section.\n
