* § 1541. Prohibition on features that subvert the purposes of this\narticle. It shall be unlawful for an operator to deploy on a covered\nplatform any mechanism or design feature which has the effect of\ninhibiting the purpose of this article, subverts covered minor and/or\nparent choice or autonomy or renders it more difficult for a covered\nminor and/or parent to exercise any of the options provided in this\narticle.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
