* § 1523. Nondiscrimination. A covered operator shall not withhold,\ndegrade, lower the quality, or increase the price of any product,\nservice, or feature, other than as necessary for compliance with the\nprovisions of this article or any rules or regulations promulgated\npursuant to this article, to a covered user due to the covered\noperator's display of a warning label under sections fifteen hundred\ntwenty-one and fifteen hundred twenty-two of this article.\n  * NB Effective January 1, 2027\n
