§ 1315. Delayed implementation. The board may delay the implementation\nof the program an additional twelve months beyond the date established\nin section thirteen hundred ten of this article if the board determines\nthat further delay is necessary to address legal, financial or other\nprogrammatic concerns impacting the viability of the program. The board\nshall provide reasonable notice of such delay to the governor, the\ncommissioner, the speaker of the assembly, the temporary president of\nthe senate, the chair of the assembly ways and means committee, the\nchair of the senate finance committee, the chair of the assembly labor\ncommittee, and the chair of the senate labor committee.\n
