§ 104. Issue of a non-negotiable bill of lading not so marked.  Any\nperson who with intent to defraud issues or aids in issuing a\nnon-negotiable bill of lading without the words "not negotiable" placed\nplainly upon the face thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n
