§ 10. Injunction against joint-stock association. An injunction\norder, suspending the general and ordinary business of a joint-stock\nassociation, consisting of seven or more persons, or suspending from\noffice, or restraining from the performance of his duties, a trustee,\ndirector, or other officer thereof, can be granted only by the court,\nupon notice of the application therefor, to the proper officer of the\nassociation, or to the trustee, director, or other officer enjoined. If\nsuch an injunction order is made, otherwise than as prescribed in this\nsection, it is void.\n
