§ 622. Definition of "fact-finding hearing". When used in this part,\n"fact-finding hearing" means in the case of a petition for the\ncommitment of the guardianship and custody of a child, a hearing to\ndetermine whether the allegations required by paragraphs (a), (b), (c),\nand (d) of subdivision one of section six hundred fourteen are supported\nby clear and convincing proof.\n
