§ 580-616. Procedure to register child support order of foreign\ncountry for modification. A party or support enforcement agency seeking\nto modify, or to modify and enforce, a foreign child support order not\nunder the Convention may register that order in this state under\nsections 580-601 through 580-608 of this part if the order has not been\nregistered. A petition for modification may be filed at the same time as\na request for registration, or at another time. The petition must\nspecify the grounds for modification.\n
