§ 381.1. Transfer of records and information to institutions and\nagencies. Whenever a person is placed with an institution suitable for\nplacement of a person adjudicated a juvenile delinquent maintained by\nthe state or any subdivision thereof or to an authorized agency\nincluding the division for youth, the family court placing such person\nshall forthwith transmit a copy of the orders of the family court\npursuant to sections 352.1 and 352.2 and of the probation report and all\nother relevant evaluative records in the possession of the family court\nand probation department related to such person, including but not\nlimited to any diagnostic, educational, medical, psychological and\npsychiatric records with respect to such person to such institution or\nagency, notwithstanding any contrary provision of law.\n
