§ 352.1. Findings. 1. If, upon the conclusion of the dispositional\nhearing, the court determines that the respondent requires supervision,\ntreatment or confinement, the court shall enter a finding that such\nrespondent is a juvenile delinquent and order an appropriate disposition\npursuant to section 352.2.\n 2. If, upon the conclusion of the dispositional hearing, the court\ndetermines that the respondent does not require supervision, treatment\nor confinement, the petition shall be dismissed.\n
