* § 902. Federal and local government participation. 1. Federal and\nlocal government agencies involved in the administration of a program\ngrant or technical assistance effort designed to improve physical or\neconomic conditions in distressed urban areas shall be encouraged to\nparticipate in the assistance services of the office and to make\ninformation available to applicants through the office with respect to\nany related program undertaking, project, or activity which is referred\nto the office under the provisions of this article.\n  2. The director shall consult with federal and local government\nofficials with respect to cooperation in coordinating federal, state and\nlocal assistance programs to distressed urban areas and shall recommend\nto the governor and the legislature any programs which would facilitate\nsuch coordination.\n  * NB Expired March 31, 1985\n
