Technical services and assistance to companies

§ 846-f. Technical services and assistance to companies. The division\nshall render to companies such technical services and assistance as it\nmay possess or as may be available to it to enable such companies to\ncomply with the intent and provisions of this article. The division is\nauthorized to take all steps necessary to encourage the formation,\norganization and growth of new companies. The division may also,\ncontract with municipal and other public agencies and with private\npersons, firms and corporations for the provision of such technical\nservices and assistance which may include: preparation and submission of\nproposals for entering into contracts with the commissioner by\nqualifying companies; preparation and submission of reports required\nunder such contracts or regulations issued by the commissioner by\nqualifying companies; internal organization and management of the\ncompanies; recruitment and training of personnel of the companies;\npreparation of plans and projects, negotiation of agreements and\ncompliance with requirements of programs in which companies may become\nengaged in the course of their company activities; and other technical\nadvice or assistance relating to the performance or rendition of company\nactivities.\n
