§ 324. Fellowships. The institute may establish fellowships, through\nthe provisions of financial assistance in the form of stipends, grants\nor loans or other assistance, to individuals to enable them to pursue\nscholarly inquiry and study other appropriate forms of strategies for\npeace and nonviolent conflict resolution. No such assistance shall be\nprovided for a period in excess of two years.\n
