* § 170-b. Employee loans. 1. No state agency shall make available to\nemployees a loan of any amount of money. Provided, however, that nothing\nin this section shall be construed to impede any person from receiving\nany aid for which he or she is eligible pursuant to any state or federal\nstatute or regulation.\n 2.
