§ 160-r. Certificate or license. 1. A certificate or license issued\nunder authority of this article shall bear the signature of the\nexecutive secretary of the board and a certificate or license number\nassigned by the department.\n  2. Each state certified real estate appraiser shall place his or her\ncertificate number, and each licensed real estate appraiser shall place\nhis or her license number adjacent to or immediately below the title\n"State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser", "State Certified\nGeneral Real Estate Appraiser" or "State Licensed Real Estate\nAppraiser", respectively, when used in an appraisal report or in a\ncontract or other instrument used by the certificate or license holder\nin conducting real property appraisal activities.\n  3. Duplicate licenses or certifications or pocket cards.  In the case\nof loss, destruction, or damage, the secretary of state may, upon\nsubmission of a request in such form and manner as the department may\nprescribe, issue a duplicate license or certification or pocket card\nupon payment of a fee of ten dollars.\n
