§ 160-f. Fees. 1. The department shall charge and collect fees not in\nexcess of the following:\n  a. An application fee for certification and licensing of two hundred\nfifty dollars.\n  b. An examination fee of fifty dollars.\n  c. A reexamination fee of fifty dollars.\n  d. A fee for recertification or renewal of license of two hundred\nfifty dollars.\n  e. A delinquent renewal fee of two hundred dollars.\n  2. Notwithstanding any other law, the department may transmit an\nannual registry fee as set by the federal appraisal subcommittee in\naccordance with 12 U.S.C. 3338 (a)(4)(A) from such individuals who\nperform or seek to perform appraisals in federally related transactions\nand to transmit a roster of such individuals to the Appraisal\nSubcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council\nas required by Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery,\nand Enforcement Act of 1989.\n  3. All fees collected under this section shall be paid into the\nbusiness and licensing services account established pursuant to section\nninety-seven-y of the state finance law.\n
