§ 7-6.13 Powers of custodian\n (a) A custodian, acting in a custodial capacity, has all the rights,\npowers, and authority over custodial property that unmarried adult\nowners have over their own property, but a custodian may exercise those\nrights, powers, and authority in that capacity only.\n (b) This section does not relieve a custodian from liability for\nbreach of 7-6.12.\n
